Dinesh Goel is the CEO and Co-Founder of Aasaanjobs, India’s leading online marketplace for entry-level and blue collar jobs. He oversees all aspects of Business and Strategy at the company and is committed to creating a digital identity for millions of job seekers so that they can find the right kind of employment conveniently. With a dual degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT-Bombay, Dinesh worked with some of the leading companies in the world including Deutsche Bank and Channel V before setting off on his entrepreneurial journey. He founded Aasaanjobs in November 2014. Dinesh is driven by his focus on disrupting the extremely frictional recruitment industry in India by making the process of finding a job or identifying the right candidate quick, convenient and smooth for all collaborators. He wishes to firmly establish Aasaanjobs’ market identity as the preferred partner for both recruiters and potential employees. His ambition is to build an eco-system where Aasaanjobs and allied products are able to guide and transform people’s lives and help them fulfil their career aspirations. Dinesh's objective is to make aasaanjobs the go to recruitment platform in India & South East Asia by 2020.
