Mr. Nibhrant Shah, Founder Isprava, worked as an investment banker in New York and London, Nibhrant moved back to India and started Themis, an accounting services firm. Opportunities in the country had exploded, but the flip side of that was city life had become even more stressful. Escalating noise, pollution and traffic, egged him to search for a second home to get away over the weekend. His search led him to discover many problems with the standard approach to real estate development. Homes lacked exclusivity and authenticity, personal comfort was often an afterthought, and integrity wasn’t always a priority. This inspired Nibhrant to create a company that offered exclusive holiday homes with a heart. Thus, Isprava was born in the year 2012 with a vision to redefine luxury real-estate industry. Isprava was funded by the Godrej family office. Mr. Nadir Godrej sits on Isprava’s board as well. A few others include the India head of one of the largest Private Equity funds in the world, a partner at the best Indian law firm, etc. Additionally, Nibhrant Shah is theCEO & Founder of Themis, a company that works with International MNC’s, Family Offices, SME’s &Start-ups in creating professionalism and bringing efficiencies to the Accounting, Taxation, HR and Company Secretary functions of their business.
