Vineet Bajpai is the Founder & CEO ofTalentrack – India’s leading mobile + web platform for media, entertainment & creative talent-hiring. Vineet is among the better-known digital entrepreneurs in India. Before starting-up on his own, he worked with GE Capital. Having spent 15 years of his career in media and advertising, Vineet has amassed wealth of experience about the media, entertainment and creative arts that propelled him to amalgamate his digital knowledge with the highly fragmented and unorganized media and entertainment sector to launch Talentrack. Talentrack today has over 65,000 talents/artists registered along with hundreds of recruiters, and has over 2.5 lac followers on Facebook. He founded Magnon Solutions in the year 2000 at the age of 22, and led it to becoming one of the largest digital agencies in the country. In 2012 the Fortune 200 Omnicom Group(NYSE: OMC) acquired a majority stake in Vineet’s company through their advertising corporation TBWA, in Omnicom’s largest digital acquisition anywhere in Asia. VineetBajpaiwas the Group CEO of TBWA, post the merger. Vineet is also an accomplished author and has written two bestselling books for entrepreneurs – Build From Scratch and The Street to the Highway.The Street…has also been translated into Hindi -- Aasmaan Se Aagey. In January 2014 Vineet was ranked among the 100 most influential people in India’s digital industry. In 2015 he was listed in afaqs magazine’s Newsmakers of the Year list among other media stalwarts like Prasoon Joshi and ArnabGoswami.He was named as “…the Spiderman of the Web browser…” by a special supplement of Forbes. The Silicon India magazine ran a cover story on him titled India’s New-Media Poster-boy.
