A key differentiator in BigHaat’s success was its commitment to vernacular communication. Campaigns were delivered in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and trust among farmers across regions. Enhancing In-App Experiences with Smart Nudges

Beyond messaging, Netcore’s no-code Product Experience (PX) Nudges transformed in-app engagement. Contextual prompts featuring rich media such as GIFs and short videos guided users during critical moments, especially around seasonal triggers like monsoons and festive sales. These nudges reduced friction, resulting in a 19% increase in orders and a 9% rise in revenue without additional ad spend.

The AI-led approach delivered consistent gains across channels. WhatsApp campaigns saw a 40% uplift in unique click rates, app push notifications generated 5× higher revenue than previous generic campaigns, and RCS messages recorded 10% higher engagement than standard SMS.
