Kia Corporation has officially entered the global pickup truck market with the unveiling of the Kia Tasman at the Jeddah International Motor Show in Saudi Arabia on October 29, 2024. Kia Pickup Truck Tasman is available with two engine options: a 2.5-liter gasoline engine delivering 281 horsepower and a 2.2-liter diesel engine. The gasoline variant surpasses the Toyota Hilux’s 235 horsepower, positioning the Tasman as a formidable competitor. Transmission choices include an eight-speed automatic for both engines, with the diesel also offering a six-speed manual option.
