Aiming to enhance its collaborative workplace and improve employee integration, YES BANK has partnered with Facebook at Work to roll out the platform to all its 15,000+ employees.
Facebook at Work is a business version of Facebook that helps companies to bring out more productive and efficient results. YES BANK is the first bank of India to implement Facebook at Work for its employees.
It is ergonomic, secure and available on desktop and mobile devices. Having a look and feel that similar to that of Facebook, working on it becomes easier and employees are familiar. It would help to increase productivity and communication among multiple teams.

It provides a simple and innovative way to increase productivity, foster employee engagement and enable all employees within the Bank to be focused on executing the Bank’s mission and vision.
