Classplus to hire over 200 employees for their Bangalore office in 2021

Classplus, an industry-leading e-commerce enablement platform for coaching centers, solo tutors and online content creators, has recently announced the plan to expand their Bangalore team by over 200 new employees across entry, mid and senior-level positions. The company opened a new tech office in Bangalore early this year to strengthen its presence in the key geography of South India.

By connecting with and hiring highly skilled tech and product talent that Bangalore is recognised for, Classplus aims to solidify their position in the South market. The company will be hiring across engineering, product, and business development roles over the next six months to support the ongoing advancement of their products and platform, which must scale to meet the growing demand for their white-labeled solution.

“Since our inception in 2018, Classplus has brought about and accelerated the digital transformation of coaching centers and educators across India. As we scale to newer heights, we are looking to add more technology and product experts to our expanding workforce. We are extremely excited about our new office in Bangalore as it offers us access to a highly skilled tech workforce that will prove instrumental in our growth.” commented Mukul Rustagi, Co-founder, Classplus.

Currently, Classplus has 700+ employees across their offices in Noida, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. For employees, this offers an excellent corporate setting, and the company will be a great opportunity to work with, given its growth-centric knowledge and training provided to every employee.

Classplus is enabling 100k+ educators to run all their training, communication, assessments, payments, and student engagement programmes through their full-stack mobile solution. Empowered with an all-in-one tool, creators can set up their online store where they can sell courses based on their expertise. Moreover, their audience can access the content from anywhere, anytime, and learn the skill at their own pace. On top of the technical and analytical knowledge, Classplus also assists the creators with the right strategies and growth approach to better project their offerings.

Spurred by the pandemic induced lockdowns, Classplus has witnessed a frenzied growth with their educator base growing 10X across 1,500 cities serving 20 million+ students. Since 2020, the startup has raised funding thrice from investors like Tiger Global, GSV Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Falcon Edge, Blume Ventures and several others.
