In order to aid the residents of Delhi NCR, Punjab National Bank (PNB) and Ola have partnered to enable cash withdrawals.
According to a statement, Ola is looking to bring mobile ATMs closer to the citizens across the state by using its extensive network of Ola cabs, reducing the hassles of cash withdrawals. Ola cabs will be equipped with PNB ATM machines and PNB executives along with Ola volunteers will be stationed in around Greater Kailash, AIIMS, Rajouri Garden, Tilak Nagar, Faridabad, Manesar, Bhikaji Cama Place, Mayur Vihar, Nehru Place, Netaji Subhash Place, Civil Lines, Janakpuri, Laxmi Nagar and Gurgaon.
Ola had rolled out a similar activity earlier in the week in partnership with Yes Bank for citizens of Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chenai, Pune, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Hyderabad.
“Through this activity, Ola has increased touch points to PNB’s existing network by creating more avenues for withdrawing money through micro ATMs/point of sales machines,” added Rajesh Yaduvanshi, zonal manager, Delhi and NCR, Punjab National Bank.
