Looking to transform and manage its HR transactional services, Asia based payroll outsourcing service provider Excelity Global has tied up with Datamatics. Excelity Global offers end to end HR outsourcing solutions covering the entire employee life cycle and as part of this agreement they will manage payroll and benefits for 8,500+ employees of Datamatics in India.

While Excelity Global will leverage smart technology to provide support for administration of compensation, performance management, payroll and benefits, Datamatics, believes it will be able to deliver human resources management solutions in a real-time and flexible manner thereby improving their employees experience while being able to manage their variable costs associated with HR.
