Aasaanjobs enters Recruitment Process Outsourcing segment

Aasaanjobs.com, an online marketplace for entry-level and grey/blue collar jobs, announced its entry into the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) segment.

According to Aasaanjobs, with RPO model, the industry saw an improved interview to acceptance rate of almost 17% and the cost-benefits also increased up to 36%, as compared to more traditional models of hiring. This has lead to a higher appeal of RPO from bigger corporates.

This segment, RPO, makes for customised recruitment solutions to corporate houses through external service providers. It enhances the quality of service for all stake holders by reducing the time to hire by 29% and reducing the overall cost per hire. Aasaanjobs, through its web portal and mobile app, uses a two-way matchmaking system to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers.
