Shaa’ir and Func Release New Album re:cover

Nearly a year back, the electronica project of Monica Dogra and Pentagram’s lead guitarist Randolph Correia, Shaa’ir and Func, set out to rediscover minimal acoustic versions of their older tracks, which otherwise comprise of heavier electronica undertones. Today, a year hence on February 14, they release their album titled re:cover, which is a sort of reinventing the duo is experimenting with.

Shaa’ir and Func, which formed in 2007, have been noted for their 2008 album Light Tribe and 2010 album Mantis.
