DataQuark Launches QUARK VITALS to Put AI Inside Everyday Marketing Decisions
DataQuark, the Data, AI and Advanced Analytics business of LS Digital, has launched QUARK VITALS, a new AI suite designed to connect some of the most important decisions in modern marketing—from whether customer data can be trusted to who should be targeted, which channel should be used and what creative should be shown.
The launch comes as businesses increasingly experiment with AI agents that can operate across data, platforms and workflows. DataQuark argues that the bigger problem is not a lack of AI-generated answers, but the fragmentation that still exists between marketing teams making decisions.
Four Marketing Questions, One AI Framework
QUARK VITALS is built around four capabilities, each targeting a different decision in the marketing lifecycle.
The framework moves through a simple sequence:
Trust the data → Target the audience → Choose the channel → Match the creative.
DataQuark says the goal with Quark Vitals is to replace disconnected optimisation with a more continuous flow from intelligence to action.
DQ Pulse Asks: Can You Trust Your Data?
The first layer, DQ Pulse, focuses on marketing data quality.
The capability is designed to assess whether data is ready for a particular marketing use case and monitor data integrity once that use case goes live.
It is intended to flag problems such as broken tracking, missing events, consent gaps and potential exposure of personally identifiable information (PII).
That matters because poor-quality data can undermine everything downstream—including campaign reporting, optimisation, compliance and AI-driven decisions.
ActivateIQ Turns Questions Into Audiences
Once marketers know their data is usable, the next question is who to target.
ActivateIQ allows marketers to ask business questions in plain English, investigate answers across multiple data sources and convert relevant insights into audiences that are ready for activation.
DataQuark says the capability can connect with platforms including GA4, CRM systems, CleverTap, MoEngage and Meta.
The pitch is designed to reduce the distance between asking a marketing question and actually building an audience based on the answer.
ChannelSense Looks for the Right Place to Reach Customers
Even the perfect audience can fail if marketers reach them in the wrong place.
That’s where ChannelSense comes in.
The capability analyses audience behaviour, historical engagement and conversion information to identify channel affinity at the audience level.
Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all channel strategy, marketers can use those signals to determine where particular customer groups are more likely to engage or convert.
CreativeMatch Takes Aim at the Creative Problem
Then comes the question that can make or break a campaign: What should customers actually see?
CreativeMatch connects audience behaviour with creative characteristics and campaign response data.
According to DataQuark, it can identify which creative assets and attributes are more likely to perform for different customer segments and pair predictive audiences with the creative they are most likely to respond to.
That effectively connects audience intelligence with creative decision-making.
DataQuark Wants AI Out of the Experimentation Lab
The bigger ambition behind QUARK VITALS is to make AI part of everyday marketing operations rather than another experimental technology sitting outside existing workflows.
Mohit Kanadkhedkar, DVP at DataQuark, said the next stage of AI marketing should focus less on producing more answers and more on making those answers useful when marketers need to act.
Vinay Tamboli, CEO of DataQuark, said traditional marketing optimisation often happens in isolated pieces, with measurement, audience strategy, media and creative handled by different teams.
QUARK VITALS is designed to connect those decisions instead of optimising each one independently.
The AI Marketing Race Is Moving to Decisions
The launch reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI.
The first wave of generative AI largely focused on content and answers. The next battle could be about whether AI can actually influence the decisions businesses make every day.
DataQuark is betting that marketing is an ideal testing ground.
By connecting data quality, audience intelligence, channel selection and creative recommendations, QUARK VITALS aims to turn AI from a standalone capability into an operational decision layer.
The suite is now available to enterprises and marketing organisations.
