Netcore and GlobalPay Unify Customer Engagement Across 12+ Channels as Real-Time Intent Drives Sales

The battle for customers is getting faster, and Netcore and WSFx Global Pay Ltd. (GlobalPay) are betting that the next advantage will come from acting on customer intent before it disappears.

Netcore has partnered with GlobalPay to bring customer data, omnichannel marketing automation and sales follow-ups onto a unified platform, allowing the fintech company to respond to customer activity in real time across more than 12 engagement channels.

For a business built around time-sensitive decisions such as foreign exchange, international remittances and overseas payments, even a few hours can make the difference between a lead converting and disappearing.

From 12+ Channels to One Customer Engagement Hub

GlobalPay’s transformation brings email, domestic and international SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, app push, web push, web messages, in-app messaging, nudges and Facebook and Google custom audiences into a single operating environment.

The objective is to eliminate the fragmented workflows that previously separated customer data, marketing activity and sales teams.

GlobalPay can now design, launch and measure campaigns across multiple channels from one platform, while monitoring how customers respond and adjusting campaigns without waiting for separate systems or teams.

The partnership follows a discovery-led implementation that began in July 2025, with the core technology build completed by early 2026.

Customer Behaviour Can Now Trigger Immediate Action

One of the biggest changes is the integration of daily and real-time customer data.

According to Netcore and GlobalPay, ERP information covering currency, forex cards, remittances and lead status is transferred daily through secure SFTP. At the same time, around 38 different customer actions can be streamed live through Netcore’s Activity API.

That means actions such as checking a foreign-exchange rate, beginning a currency order, starting a remittance or logging into an account without completing an action can trigger automated customer journeys.

Instead of treating every customer the same, GlobalPay can respond to what an individual customer is doing at that particular moment.

The Marketing-to-Sales Gap Is Getting Smaller

Perhaps the most significant part of the transformation is the connection between customer intent and GlobalPay’s Inside Sales operation.

Event- and trigger-based leads can flow directly from Netcore into GlobalPay’s CRM when a customer takes a relevant action. Sales teams can then follow up with visibility into what prompted the lead and what happens afterward.

The company said the same closed-loop setup is now being migrated from Zoho to Salesforce.

Radhika Mathur, Digital Brand Head at GlobalPay, described the change as bringing previously disconnected teams together.

“Putting them on one platform meant we could finally act on a customer’s intent while it was still live,” Mathur said.

For a customer checking a currency rate in the morning, that could mean a sales conversation happening the same day rather than a delayed follow-up.

Why Real-Time Intent Matters in Forex

GlobalPay has more than four decades of experience in foreign exchange and remittances, with 26-plus branches across India and a network of more than 850 corporates and 650 agents. The company says it serves more than one million customers.

Its customer base includes travellers, students and corporates dealing with international payments and foreign currency.

These customers often arrive with highly specific and immediate requirements: buying currency before a trip, funding overseas education, reloading a forex card or transferring money abroad.

That makes behavioural data particularly valuable.

Kalpit Jain, CEO of Netcore, said the partnership reflects a shift from conventional marketing automation toward what the company calls “agentic engagement.”

“Forex and remittance is a business of moments,” Jain said, arguing that a rate check or transfer attempt can signal a need that may disappear quickly.

Netcore Pushes the Agentic Marketing Pitch

Netcore is positioning the GlobalPay implementation as an example of how its agentic marketing platform can connect customer engagement with measurable business outcomes.

The company says its platform uses specialised AI agents to plan, execute, personalise and optimise customer journeys, while bringing customer engagement and other marketing capabilities together.

Netcore says it serves more than 6,500 brands globally across sectors including e-commerce, retail, banking and financial services, media and entertainment, and travel.

For GlobalPay, however, the bigger test will be whether faster responses can translate into stronger conversions, retention and customer lifetime value.

The partnership signals a broader shift in fintech marketing: the customer journey is no longer simply about sending the right message it is about recognising intent quickly enough to act before the opportunity is gone.
