LS Digital Launches Commerce One: Growth Across Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce
LS Digital has launched Commerce One, a new commerce growth platform designed to help consumer brands navigate India’s increasingly fragmented online retail market. The platform aims to connect data, strategy and execution across direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites, major e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce services, giving brands a unified view of where to invest and how to scale.
Announced on November 2, 2026, Commerce One brings together six specialised products built around a shared data foundation. The launch comes as Indian brands expand across multiple digital storefronts, creating a complex operating environment where advertising performance, product visibility, inventory, and consumer demand are often tracked separately.
One Platform for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Quick Commerce
According to LS Digital, consumer brands increasingly manage operations across a dozen or more online storefronts. Each platform has its own advertising tools, performance dashboards and operational requirements, making it difficult to develop a consistent growth strategy.
Commerce One addresses this fragmentation by connecting data from more than 10 marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa, alongside quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
Rather than treating each channel as an independent business, the platform helps brands understand how different sales channels contribute to overall growth. It also connects market intelligence to decisions about product launches, category expansion, advertising investment, and inventory allocation.
Six Products Across Three Stages
Commerce One organizes its capabilities into three connected stages: Observe, Navigate, and Execute.
The Observe stage focuses on monitoring the digital shelf, competitor activity, category performance and emerging consumer demand. It is intended to give brands a continuous picture of how their products perform and where market opportunities are developing.
Navigate converts those insights into commercial priorities. Brands can use the information to identify products with growth potential, assess which channels deserve greater investment and determine where inventory should be positioned.
Execute focuses on putting those decisions into action through retail media and product-page optimization. LS Digital says all six products operate on the same underlying data foundation, allowing performance results to feed back into future planning.
The approach is intended to create a continuous cycle in which market intelligence informs strategy, execution generates results, and those results shape the next set of business decisions.
LS Digital Reveals Early Results From Brand Pilots
The company says Commerce One has already been piloted with eight brands operating across personal care, baby care, beauty, beverages, food, home and hardware.
LS Digital has highlighted three early outcomes from individual pilots. A leading skincare brand used Flipkart Shelf Intelligence to identify placements that drove stronger shopper conversions. After reallocating investment towards those opportunities, the brand improved its return on advertising spend (ROAS) by 1x, according to the company.
A heritage tea brand aligned its restocking and advertising priorities across six platforms, recording a 25% increase in advertising revenue during the pilot quarter.
In another example, a home and furniture brand reduced its Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) by 22% without increasing its advertising expenditure.
These results offer an early indication of the platform’s potential, although they represent individual pilot outcomes rather than guaranteed performance across all brands.
LS Digital Targets India’s Next Phase of Digital Commerce
Prasad Shejale, Founder and CEO of LS Digital, said brands can no longer approach commerce as a single-channel business. He argued that businesses need a connected view of marketplaces, quick commerce and their own online storefronts to make better investment decisions.
Nitin Kumar Kosari, Business Head of eMarket at LS Digital, said the platform was developed to help brands answer questions around product scalability, market expansion, inventory and advertising allocation using data rather than instinct.
With Commerce One, LS Digital is positioning itself in a market where competition increasingly depends on visibility, fulfillment speed and the ability to convert consumer demand into sales across multiple platforms.
As India’s D2C, marketplace and quick-commerce ecosystems continue to expand, the bigger challenge for brands may no longer be simply getting listed on more platforms. It will be understanding which channels actually deliver growth – and acting on that intelligence before competitors do.
