The company recently announced plans for a groundbreaking 1 million square feet bespoke luxury villa project in North Bangalore, designed to redefine personalized luxury living.
Led by IIT alumnus Pavan Kumar, White Lotus Group is renowned for its innovative approach to luxury real estate. The new villa project will introduce the “Personal Sanctuary” concept, offering homes tailored for individual exploration and expression. This visionary development is expected to cater to the elite clientele, including founders of successful startups and top executives seeking the finest living standards.

The project builds on White Lotus Group’s reputation for delivering curated luxury living experiences. Previous projects like Aravindaksha, Kalpavriksha, Amaranta, Anora, Ohana, and Tamara have set new standards for luxury living, blending design excellence with customer insights.
White Lotus Group’s asset-light business model, which prioritizes joint developments with strategic partners, ensures long-term value creation for stakeholders. The company recently secured a Rs 150 crore funding round from Dubai-based Luxe Port Group of Companies, which will fuel its growth plans and strengthen its presence in Bangalore and other major cities like Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai.
Looking ahead, White Lotus Group is poised for further expansion, with plans to create an additional 1.5 million square feet of bespoke luxury developments slated for launch in FY’25.
