Eyeing a revenue push of 10%, Deal Kya Hai? enters segment of Unboxed and Re-furbished goods

Online retail platform, Deal Kya Hai?, launched a new category of Unboxed and Re-furbished products on its portal. Deal Kya Hai? is part of a large distribution house – DBM Marketing India (Pvt) Ltd. and sells products from those they enter direct distribution agreements with. With offices and warehouses across the country, they specialise in consumer durables and IT products (CDIT).


Unboxed products are not damaged or used items. It simply implies that the product was returned to the dealer for reasons like dispatching of wrong model, product was not as was shown on portal and so on. The product could have also been returned when the vender checks the content of the bundle. The product is in the same class as new and includes a Manufacturer Warranty (albeit likely for a shorter time span). However, Refurbished goods are those that are returned to the manufacturer for multiple reasons after being used by the consumer. Defects, if any, are sorted before being sold again through various channels.


Mr. Amit Daga, Founder & MD, Deal Kya Hai? said, “We being one of the largest offline distributors in this region we are looking to leverage this new found opportunity in the market where tier 2 & tier 3 cities have shown great potential and we expect that with our new category we will be getting a revenue push of 10% in this financial year.”
