Lenskart an Indian eyewear online portal has collaborated with MyOperator call management System Company. The association aims to simplify the operations at the backend for Lenskart.
According to the agreement, Lenskart will use a range of services from the operations management company such as CODAC, MisDial, Toll-free MisDial, Conference, Promotional SMS, Singapore Toll-free and Outbound Dialer.
Elaborating on the partnership, Ankit Jain, Founder & CEO of MyOperator, said, “Cloud Telephony has become a major facet in the digitization of organizational operations.
