Manahil Malik Allegedly Leaks Her Own Viral Video, Pakistani Actress Accuses of Attention-Seeking

Mishi Khan criticized TikToker on Instagram, suggesting that Kareena Kapoor Khan’s character may have inspired Malik in the Bollywood movie Heroine.

Popular Pakistani TikTok star Manahil Malik recently found herself amid controversy when an explicit video featuring her went viral. While she dismissed the Manahil Malik video as a “deepfake,” claiming it was not real, Pakistani actress Mishi Khan publicly accused her of leaking it for publicity. This accusation fuels an already heated debate on social media, with some users questioning Malik’s intentions while others rally to her defence.

The Manahil Malik video began circulating online, featuring what appears to be Malik and her boyfriend in an intimate setting. Malik quickly called it a fake, urging her followers to report the clip. In her defence, she stated, “Only someone who has no respect for women or doesn’t have a mother or sister at home can do this.” She also emphasized her innocence, requesting fans support her through the ordeal.

Despite Pakistani TikTok star Manahil Malik’s claims, Mishi Khan criticized TikToker on Instagram, suggesting that Kareena Kapoor Khan’s character may have inspired Malik in the Bollywood movie Heroine. The lead character strategically leaks her explicit video to gain publicity in the film. Although Khan did not directly name Malik in her video, she condemned allegedly using such tactics for fame, calling it “stooping to the lowest level.” Pakistani Actress Mishi Khan’s comments come after Manahil Malik’s video mention trended on social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter) following the video leak.

Mishi Khan’s post expressed her disappointment with influencers using scandal as a way to rise to fame, lamenting the potential negative impact on families and society. “People look up to you, so stop promoting this,” Mishi Khan said, adding, “Our society is already suffering from moral decay. Promote good deeds and engage in positive actions.” She also questioned Malik’s deepfake claim, asking why anyone would invest money in creating such a manipulated video without motive, especially if Malik herself can allegedly be heard discussing plans to make it viral.

The allegations have sparked discussions on the ethical responsibilities of influencers and the extent to which some may go for fame. While many social media users have criticized Malik, accusing her of leaking the video as a publicity stunt, others have supported her, recalling that Manahil Malik faced similar privacy invasions in the past. In a previous instance of leaked content, Malik received strong backing from her followers, who stood by her through the ordeal.

This incident highlights the complex relationship between social media fame and privacy. As the debate continues, it underscores the challenges influencers face and raises questions about the motivations behind their actions. Whether Manahil Malik intentionally leaked the video or fell victim to an invasion of privacy, the controversy reflects the increasingly blurred lines between personal boundaries and public personas in today’s digital world.
