Focused on the real estate industry, startup accelerator program Brigade REAP (Real Estate Accelerator Program) had its Demo Day or “Handover Day” to mark its first batch. Over 125 startups had applied for the program and after two rounds of jury selection, 5 startups were shortlisted and inducted into the program.
Speaking on this occasion, Ms. Nirupa Shankar, Director, Brigade REAP said “It has been an interesting experience for Brigade as we have been able to incorporate at least 3 innovative solutions by the startups into our business.”
Presentations of the business were made by these startups to show to the audience of developers from the Real Estate Industry, Investors, HNI’s, other start up founders and top management of global corporates.
A four month mentorship and training program was held for these startups and the Handover Day saw participation of real estate industry representatives speaking about technologies impacting the real estate sector. Post this, the startups were considered ready to be “handed over” to the industry to offer their services and products.
Ms. Shankar further added, “The mentorship and guidance given by REAP has helped the startups tweak their business model and create a value proposition to address pain points of the industry, thereby demonstrating clear and tangible benefits to the builder community.”

AirZaar is a US headquartered company looking to increase efficiency in Real Estate projects by using drone sensor data & aerial images to improve mining and construction site planning by providing real-time site monitoring analytics.
PParke
With expertise in Predictive Analytics, cloud and Mobility, PParke has worked closely with CISCO in the Jaipur Development Authority Smart city project. Their technology is a parking sensor based technology platform that empowers commuters to connect with parking space faster, easier.
Qwikspec
Qwikspec delivers between 15-40% improved efficiency across various stages of project’s lifecycle from construction to handover through their construction management software using a mobile-based platform built ground-up for the Real Estate and Infrastructure Industry.
Snaptrude
Snaptrude provides automated CAD application and solutions for real estate which is rapid, interactive and inexpensive with interactive online and offline virtual reality tours.
