Titanic violin sold for $1.5 million at auction

The violin played on-board luxury cruise liner RMS Titanic by bandmaster Wallace Hartley was sold at a bid of $1.5 million to a British collector, last Saturday. The bid, that started off with $80 dollars rose to the final price in a span of 10 minutes over the phone.
