Employment experience platform inFeedo has secured USD 12 million in Series A funding led by Jungle Ventures and Tiger Global. The financing round also saw participation from existing investors like Bling Capital bringing bringing the total capital raised since its inception to $16 million.
Other investors include Zeta founder Bhavin Turakhia, Sreedhar Peddineni, co-founder Gainsight, entrepreneur and angel investor Ankur Warikoo and Suman Gopalan, CHRO, Freshworks.
With the latest funding, inFeedo aims to triple its product line, double its team, and accelerate growth in Southeast Asia, the US, and India in the next few years.
The nine-year old startup, through its bot ‘Amber’ helps with HR functions such as measuring employee engagement, analysing individual employees, and organisational sentiment, predict attrition, and highlight insights on culture, in real-time.

inFeedo claims to have users in 60 countries with over 175 customers including enterprises like Bharti Airtel Ltd., GE Healthcare, Nivea, Lenovo, AXA Affin General Insurance, Tata Group, Unilever, Puma, OYO. The company currently works with over 175 enterprises across 60 countries, including Tata Group, Godrej, Samsung and Lenovo.
