Get Luckyfied: Lucky Ali Launches His Website

Looks like singer-composer Lucky Ali has walked back in through the gates of independent music after a notable hiatus. We know this because he not only launched his own website on December 8 that maps his gigs, tours, new music, and opinions on various subjects, but also has built a SoundCloud page (known as Luckyalification) for songs he intends to share, be it his or other musicians’ work . “Raasta Man” (listen here), his album, was one of the first items to be shared on the page.

On a larger scale, his most recent engagement with indie music  has been his involvement with the third season of music-travelogue TV show The Dewarists (video below) for the track “Khirama”. Besides this, he even enchanted audiences with live performances at this year’s Weekenders in Delhi and Bangalore. His recent presence on social media has also helped in bringing him back to life. Although moving forward slowly, for a man of his stature to make a comeback isn’t too difficult. Lucky is indeed lucky to be lucky.
