Hungama Play partnered with ITV Studios bringing more British produced content to VoD in India
For fans of British produced content, the latest announcement from Hungama will definitely mean delightful news. In the bid to offer its audience unmatched experience and quality international content, Hungama Play partnered with ITV Studios – one of the largest production companies in the United Kingdom. With this, subscribers can stream popular titles like Jekyll and Hyde, Mr Selfridge, Jericho, Agatha Christie’s Poirot as well as Beowulf to name a few.
Speaking on the association, Hyeonza Hong, Senior Vice President, Asia from ITV Studios Global Entertainment, said, “We are delighted to be working with Hungama Play, India’s leading VoD platform, to offer audiences across the Indian subcontinent an enriched content library.”
ITV Studios has been considered as one of the driving forces behind some of the biggest titles of British content, which has gained sizeable devotion. The association gives the Indian subcontinent access to the best of ITV Studio’s vast international content, ranging from action, drama, comedy and mystery.
