Ex-Assistant Claims Diddy Threatened Her Over Suge Knight Connection in Explosive Trial Testimony
The federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs resumed Tuesday in New York City after a brief holiday break— and the courtroom was hit with jaw-dropping new testimony from one of the music mogul’s former assistants, Capricorn Clark. In a stunning account that paints a picture of fear, intimidation, and alleged abuse of power, Clark testified that she was threatened by Diddy shortly after joining his team in 2004, specifically because of her past work with Suge Knight.
“He said, ‘If anything happened, I might have to kill you,’” Capricorn Clark told the jury, recounting her first day on the job. She explained the threat came during a walk in Central Park with Sean Diddy Combs and a man she described as built like a linebacker, named “Uncle Paulie.” Defence attorneys quickly objected, but Judge Arun Subramanian overruled, allowing the jury to hear the chilling detail. “It had gravitas,” Clark said.
Allegations of Guns, Threats, and Interrogation Tactics
Capricorn Clark’s testimony only got more disturbing. She claimed that Sean Diddy Combs once had a firearm at her home and frequently discussed having “a problem” with rapper 50 Cent. She also described being falsely accused of stealing jewellery and subjected to a harrowing five-day ordeal involving lie detector tests in a run-down building, with the threat of being thrown into the East River if she failed.
Locked in a room with two large men and grilled by “Uncle Paulie,” Clark said she wasn’t allowed to leave and was deeply afraid. Her explanation for staying in the job? “If I left, they’d think I stole.” She described the gruelling work conditions, averaging just four hours of sleep per night and earning only $55,000 annually without any overtime pay.

Disturbing Patterns of Behaviour Alleged
The testimony echoes themes raised by other former Sean Diddy Combs staffers. Last week, another ex-assistant recounted similar paranoia from Diddy regarding employee theft, describing polygraph tests and aggressive confrontations over Suge Knight and others.
Capricorn Clark’s recollection also adds to a growing portrait of an allegedly toxic environment. She testified that Diddy travelled with bags containing small cameras, baby oil, and lube during hotel stays—details that prosecutors appear to be using to suggest deeper misconduct patterns.

The Kid Cudi Connection
Meanwhile, Judge Subramanian reviewed evidence relating to a separate incident involving rapper Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi), whose Porsche was firebombed in 2012. Prosecutors raised concerns that defence discussions of DNA evidence from the arson scene could mislead the jury, as it reportedly pointed to a female suspect.
A Pattern of Power and Control?
As Diddy faces mounting allegations, Capricorn Clark’s emotional testimony has become one of the most talked-about moments of the trial so far. The explosive details—ranging from gun threats to prolonged interrogations—may not only sway the jury but could mark a turning point in the public’s perception of one of hip-hop’s most powerful figures.
