Aiming to further expand its online presence and enrich consumer experience, Microsoft on Monday announced the launch of its online store with Tata CLiQ, which is the e-commerce portal of the Tata Group.
It would be selling a wide range of Microsoft products including tablets, personal computers, software and phones.
The online store of Microsoft will sell products using Tata CLiQ’s ‘Phygital’ model, which smartly blends the physical and digital worlds to create an ecosystem between the brand and consumers.
Priyadarshi Mohapatra, country general manager (consumer channel group) at Microsoft India said, “We are expanding our online presence through our official Microsoft Store so that our consumers find it easier to experience and buy our products.”
This launch now enables the consumers to buy Microsoft products and services using innovative features like “click online and PIQ up at the store, return to store and ship from store”, which will happen through a large on-ground store network of partner brands.
