Own model of work
Developing your own model of work should be in the DNA of an entrepreneur. If you wish to follow someone else’s model, then you should probably adopt a franchise business approach. Otherwise, an entrepreneur’s approach requires a very flexible bent of mind. So involved are the business heads onto their concept and strategy that it is usually difficult for them to accept any bit of modification. However, we are operating in a complex business environment and as a result, if you are driving your own business (than emulating anybody); it becomes easier to adapt to demanding changes with time.
