5 of Paul Walker’s Other Films
Paul Walker, the propelling protagonist of The Fast and the Furious series, died on November 30 in a tragic yet ironic car crash in California. Fans from all over the world have been displaying their shock through social media. But we’d like to eulogize Paul Walker and remember the other films that, although got massive releases internationally, missed the eye of his fans in India, which led to stereotyping him as Brian O’Conner. Here’s presenting Paul Walker, the man beyond the wall of The Fast and the Furious.
Hours
Hours, an Eric Heisserer action-thriller, tells the story of a young couple hit by Hurricane Katrina. The couple, played by Paul Walker and Genesis Rodriguez, is on the verge of delivering their baby when the hospital gets drowned by the floods brought in by the hurricane. The movie was one of Paul Walker’s most recent projects and is slated for a release on December 13, 2013.

Vehicle 19
South African writer-director Mukunda Michael Dewil’s film Vehicle 19, which released in June 2013, placed Paul Walker as the “wrong guy in the wrong place at the wrong time” in a circuit of corrupt police officials. Walker, wanting to hire a vehicle on a mission of his own, gets put in the wrong car (a minivan instead of a sedan) as part of someone else’s plan, which then ensues in a series of crimes combating the local law enforcers.

Into the Blue
Paul Walker, Jessica Alba, Scott Caan, and Ashley Scott were the perfect fit for the cast of the 2005 blue-hued film Into the Blue, which tells the story of four deep sea divers who discover drugs in a sunken airplane that are worth millions of dollars. On their way to unearthing the “gold” their efforts get thwarted by a drug lord and his associates. Whether they win the treasure or lose it to the disgruntled drug lords, one needs to watch and find out.
