Co-Founders of Housing.com Quit As Japan’s SoftBank Corp Pumps Rs.100 Crore into Company
The real estate portal Housing.com has seen quite a few of its top helm leave since its inception.
Now three other co-founders Abhishek Anand, Ravish Naresh and Sanat Ghosh have left the company to start a new venture together. This comes close on the heels of co-founder Advitiya Sharma leaving Housing.com last month.
The first co-founder to leave Housing.com was Rahul Yadav, who was also the CEO. He was asked to leave by the board in July last year.
The departure of the three co-founders was followed by Japan’s SoftBank Corp, the leading investor of Housing.com, pumping in Rs.100 crore more into the company. Housing.com had first started as a platform where one could list a property for rent but now allows users to buy and sell real estate. The focus of the company has now turned to revenue building under the new leadership appointed last year.
