The startup tour gave the participants insights on the highs, lows, opportunities and challenges that constitute life in a startup. This was an experience where they witnessed the journey of an early stage startup all the way to one that raised more than USD 10 million in funding.
The tour also gave participants a look into behind-the-scene operations behind a startup as well the different stages that startups go through in the process of establishing themselves.
Bangalore has risen up four places in the latest Global Startup Ecosystem Ranking by San Francisco based Compass, a research firm that provides global benchmarking tools. According to the study, Bangalore is World’s 2nd Fastest Growing Startup Ecosystem and has the youngest entrepreneurs. The success of the city’s startups has garnered the attention of youngsters who aspire to be entrepreneurs.
The startup tour covered organizations like ExploreLifeTraveling, Dunzo , Razorpay, Axilor Ventures etc who gave participants the opportunity to witness the journey of the startups, meet mentors, investors, co-founders and sponsors who are willing to help the budding entrepreneurs get started.
