Auto-rickshaw aggregator Jugnoo’s new tie-up with artificial intelligence (AI) based personal assistant platform Helpchat, will now enable consumers can now plan their journeys using a combination of cab services, bike-taxis, trains and much more.
The move not only expands its market outreach but through this association, the consumers on Helpchat will be able to book Jugnoo auto-rickshaws from the platform.
Samar Singla, CEO of Jugnoo said, “We are constantly expanding our customer outreach by not only spreading out geographically but also through various digital strategies. This association is in absolute alignment with our expansion strategy as it allows us to tap existing users of Helpchat.”
Helpchat already has tie-ups with taxi aggregators Uber and Ola.

There is a large section of our consumer bases such as college-goers and young professionals who prefer travelling by autos as this is often a more cost-effective alternative to other modes of transport.”
