Matrix Geo Solutions and DRIIV Foundation Sign Strategic MoU to Accelerate Drone, GeoAI & National S&T Missions
India’s geospatial and drone ecosystem witnessed a major milestone as Matrix Geo Solutions Limited, a leading Indian geospatial technology and engineering consultancy, signed a five-year strategic MoU with DRIIV Foundation (Delhi Research Implementation and Innovation) — the flagship Science & Technology cluster programme operating under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) to the Government of India and guided by PM-STIAC and PM-STIAC’s advisory body PM-STIAC (Prime Minister’s Science, Technology and Innovation Advisory Council).
Under the agreement, DRIIV Foundation will act as the Project Management Partner and Implementing Agency, while Matrix Geo Solutions will serve as the Delivery Partner, jointly executing national and state-level government and public sector engagements, as well as third-party stakeholder programmes.
Bringing Advanced Research to the Field: Drones, LiDAR, GeoAI & 3D Digital Twins
The partnership creates a framework to convert cutting-edge research into deployable, field-ready solutions, spanning:
-
Drone and UAV surveys
-
LiDAR and 3D digital twin creation
-
3D digital twins
-
GeoAI-powered spatial analytics
