Shpongle’s DJ Simon Posford to Tour India

The psychedelic trance group Shpongle’s one-half, Simon Posford aka Hallucinogen, has set out on a 45-city world tour ensuring that he marks India on his map. From January 24 to February 2, 2014, Posford will tour India as part of UK-based record label’s Twisted Records India Tour.

Hallucinogen, whose track “LSD”(video below) from his first album Twisted was responsible for setting the trend of ‘goa trance’ globally, performs sober contrary to popular belief. Joining Posford on the tour will be British producer Benji Vaughan’s solo psychedelic act titled Prometheus, besides the usual Posford-Vaughan collaboration which goes by the name of Younger Brother.

The tour will happen in Mumbai on January 24, Pune on January 25, Bangalore on January 26, Sulafest Nashik on February 1, and Goa on February 1. For more updates see here.
