Online legal service provider, Vakilsearch introduced Payroll Management Services to its portfolio. With this, businesses with up to 30 employees could now get access to affordable payroll solutions, from IT service filing to maintenance of employee records.
Keeping in mind the requirements of small organisations, the payroll service has been designed. There is a startup package as well, for up to nine employees, which includes creation of employee compensation structure, maintenance of employee record, monthly salary slip generation, standardised employee agreement, and IT filings.
Another customised option would be the enterprise package, of under thirty employees, which consists of additional services such as ESI & PF registration and monthly filings as well as TDS computation. On request basis, customised plans are also available, tailored to businesses with over 30 employees. Vakilsearch had also introduced an EMI option for their customers across India.
