New Epstein Photo Release Reveals ‘Lolita’ Quotes, Passports, and Famous Figures
Several images feature well-known public figures photographed with Epstein in social or travel settings. These include Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, linguist Noam Chomsky, political strategist Steve Bannon, filmmaker Woody Allen, and New York Times columnist David Brooks.
Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a new batch of Epstein photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate on Thursday, intensifying scrutiny just one day before the Justice Department’s deadline to release all remaining files under the Epstein Files Transparency Act related to the disgraced financier.
The roughly 70 newly released images, drawn from Epstein’s computer and email accounts, are part of a larger cache of 95,000 photographs turned over by the estate last week. Lawmakers emphasized that the images were provided without context, raising questions while stopping short of alleging criminal conduct by anyone depicted.
‘Lolita’ Quotes Written on a Woman’s Body
Among the most disturbing images are close-up photographs showing quotes from Vladimir Nabokov’s “Lolita” handwritten on a person’s foot and neck. The novel, which centers on the sexual exploitation of a young girl, has long been associated with Epstein’s case.
In one Epstein image, a quote appears alongside a visible copy of the book. In another, a line from the novel is scrawled across a person’s neck. The photos offer no identifying details, dates, or locations, and do not explicitly depict abuse—but their symbolism has reignited public outrage and concern.

Prominent Figures Appear in Undated Photos
Several images feature well-known public figures photographed with Epstein in social or travel settings. These include Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, linguist Noam Chomsky, political strategist Steve Bannon, and New York Times columnist David Brooks.
A spokesperson for The New York Times said Brooks attended a widely publicised 2011 dinner in his capacity as a journalist and had no further contact with Epstein. Importantly, none of the images suggest criminal activity by the individuals shown, nor do they establish the nature or timing of their interactions.
Passports, Text Messages, and Unexplained Items
Other images include redacted identification documents and passports from countries including Russia, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine, as well as a photo of Epstein’s passport. A screenshot of text messages appears to discuss scouting “some girls,” listing ages and body measurements—though the sender and recipients remain unidentified.
Additional photos show a prescription bottle for phenazopyridine, a medication commonly used to treat urinary tract discomfort, further underscoring the personal and opaque nature of the material.

Pressure Mounts Ahead of DOJ Deadline
The release comes as Congress awaits the Justice Department’s full disclosure under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Rep. Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, said the images raise urgent questions about what information the DOJ still holds.
“Oversight Democrats will continue to release photographs and documents from the Epstein estate to provide transparency for the American people,” Robert Garcia said, calling for the remaining files to be made public without delay.
While the images provide no definitive answers, they add to the growing demand for accountability and transparency surrounding Epstein’s network. With the DOJ deadline imminent, further disclosures could soon shed more light—or raise even more questions.
