ANSR, a Global Capability Center (GCC) player, announced the launch of the ANSR Foundation. This new initiative aims to bridge economic disparities and foster gender equality by empowering underrepresented communities, starting with programs focused on children and young adults. The foundation seeks to cultivate the next generation of technology innovators and leaders.
ANSR claims to create over 150,000 jobs and attract more than $2 billion in investments. The company has also strongly committed to increasing female participation in the tech workforce and promoting a more inclusive ecosystem.
“ANSR Foundation is dedicated to breaking down barriers for underserved communities,” said Lalit Ahuja, CEO of ANSR. “Through the foundation, we are taking meaningful steps to empower youth and adults by offering scholarships and resources to pursue education in technology, irrespective of their background or gender.”
The foundation’s programs include several initiatives, including STEM-dedicated classrooms in partnership with NGOs like Mantra4Change and Let’s Do Some Good. These programs offer hands-on learning opportunities to equip young students with the skills needed to excel in the tech industry. Scholarships and Fellowships In collaboration with BITS Pilani, ANSR Foundation has launched scholarships and PhD fellowships for students. Volunteer and Mentorship Programs where employees and their families are encouraged to engage in community service through the “ANSR Gives Back” initiative. This includes mentorship programs, internships, and training to prepare aspiring professionals for tech careers.
The ANSR Foundation emphasizes closing socio-cultural gaps and providing pathways to success. Ahuja noted, “Education is just the starting point. The skills young people acquire will empower them to make informed decisions about their futures, positioning them for long-term success.”
