In order to meet crucial business needs of Small and Medium Businesses across India, Microsoft introduces cloud-based business solutions from its partner ecosystem. These solutions address key areas like Finance and Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and enhancing organisational efficiency. It is built by Microsoft’s ISV partners – Smarter Biz and IDOS and will be available at a low costs.
The simplicity in deployment, use and maintenance is said to be the power of the solution. The solutions being made available are Smarter Biz and IDOS. Smarter Biz is a mobile CRM tool for SMEs built on Excel and Voice – two areas which are natural to the SME segment. The tool includes a virtual sales assistant that acts like a personalised Bot for sales managers to make effective calls and a 360 degree view of each opportunity generated from marketing activities.
IDOS is integrated into Microsoft Office 365 and is an easy to use Accounting and Compliance software. Along with real-time integration and audit capabilities, it prevents accounting errors therefore making ledger entries accurate and avoiding reworking or rectifications.
Along with the launch of these tools, Microsoft has also announced pricing and deployment offers on Office 365. The offer starts at INR 250 per user per month and Microfsoft will also take responsibility for deploying the suite for organisations with more than 50 users.
