Edtech company ConveGenius can make your smartphone or tablet into a CG Slate with parental controls

Looking to make learning technology affordable and easy to access, edtech company ConveGenius, launched the Micro SD Card version of their Edutainment Solution-CG Slate. It will now be available in three variants – for Classes KG-2, Classes 3-5 and Classes KG-5 – all mapped to the NCERT curriculum.

The launch is aimed at providing world-class, affordable solutions for children in India. It is compatible with Android OS 4.3 and above and comes with a ‘single device only’ license.



By inserting the Micro SD Card and loading the CG Slate app, any smartphone/tablet can be converted into a CG Slate. The new update on the app makes for a restricted mode, which lets parents use their device while restricting access to other applications on the phone/tablet.

Mapped to the NCERT curriculum, CG Slate ensures integrated learning from its 1500+ premium learning modules. Subjects are broken down into levels and stages and the scores provide access to more playtime to enjoy games, cartoons, videos, etc. as the child learns. With interactive video stories, books, educational worksheets, quizzes and fun games it looks to make learning more fun.

Parents can track their child’s progress through the online report card. The learning can also yield cash backs on their favourite toys on Flipkart. The new Micro SD card solution is currently available exclusively on the CG Slate Official Website.
